The Construction Manager will assist in the execution of ground-up developments and major repositioning projects across the United States within Welltower’s Senior Housing portfolio, the largest of its kind in the world. This role is responsible for delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, on budget, and at the quality standard residents and operating partners expect.
