Job description
The Family Supports Navigator provides referral, navigation, and coordination services for children, youth, and families accessing the Family Resource Network. The position supports families in identifying strengths, priorities, and goals; understanding available services; overcoming barriers to participation; and navigating community-based supports and service systems.
