You don’t need prior pest control experience, we’ll provide full training and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, setting you up with a recognised industry qualification and clear progression opportunities. If you enjoy problem-solving, working outdoors, and delivering great customer service, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing With training and mentoring, you’ll learn to: Assist in delivering professional pest and bird control services Carry out site inspections and identify potential pest activity Support treatment plans and bird deterrent installations Monitor and report findings accurately Build positive relationships with customers Work independently across your region once trained Attend regular team meetups and training sessions No two days will be the same, you’ll be working at a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
