ROLE OVERVIEW The Ui. Path AI Architect will define and drive the AI-augmented automation strategy across all delivery clusters. This horizontal role spans the entire automation practice, enabling clients to evolve from traditional RPA to intelligent, AI-first automation. The role has a strong focus on healthcare AI transformation, pre-sales technical leadership, and product integration across the Ui.

- Define and own the AI-augmented automation strategy for the Ui. Path practice across all delivery clusters.
- Architect end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using Ui. Path AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, and Autopilot.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives for healthcare clients – integrating automation with EHR platforms (EPIC, Trizetto, FACETS).
- Develop AI use-case frameworks for Payer (claims processing, prior auth, member services) and Provider (clinical workflows, revenue cycle) domains.
- Partner with pre-sales and solutions teams to design AI-led proposals, POCs, and demo environments for client pursuits.
- Stay ahead of Ui. Path product roadmap (Agentic Automation, LLM integrations, Communication Mining) and translate to client value propositions.
- Build reusable AI accelerators, templates, and automation assets for the practice library.
- Mentor delivery teams on AI/ML integration patterns, model governance, and production deployment of intelligent bots.
- Collaborate with the AI Architect counterpart (onshore/presales) to align technical strategy with go-to-market positioning.
REQUIRED SKILLS
& EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of deep Ui. Path architecture experience including AI Center, ML Models, Document Understanding, and Task Mining.
- Strong foundation in AI/ML – model training, NLP, LLM integration, and GenAI tooling (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock).
- Proven ability to design and implement AI transformation roadmaps for enterprise healthcare clients.
- Healthcare domain expertise: EPIC workflows, FACETS/Trizetto, claims automation, PA (Prior Authorization), and revenue cycle automation.
- Experience delivering AI-powered automation in HIPAA-compliant environments with appropriate data governance.
- Hands-on experience with Ui. Path Autopilot, Agentic Automation, and Communication Mining.
- Strong client-facing skills – ability to present AI strategies to C-level stakeholders and technical audiences alike.
- Contribution to RFP responses, technical proposals, and architecture review boards. GOOD TO HAVE
- Ui. Path Certified Solution Architect or AI/ML specialist certification.
- Experience with HL7/FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability in automation context.
- Published thought leadership (whitepapers, webinars) on AI-led automation in healthcare.
