Job description
• Onshore wind farm construction, including roads, access tracks, crane pads, WTG foundations and hardstands.
- Wind turbine component logistics, heavy transport, unloading, storage and lifting coordination.
- WTG erection activities, including main crane coordination, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning support.
- MV collection systems, inter-array cabling, fibre optics, earthing and substation interfaces.
- Strong understanding of wind-related construction constraints, lifting windows and weather-dependent execution planning.
- Experience coordinating WTG OEM activities and Balance of Plant contractors Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong technical background in construction, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy or power generation.
- Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, power generation or large-scale industrial projects.
- Minimum 5–7 years of direct site experience in renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience supervising site works for utility-scale renewable energy projects, preferably above 200 MW
- Strong experience managing EPC Contractors and multiple subcontractors in live construction environments.
- Experience in remote, desert, harsh-climate or logistically complex project sites is highly desirable.
