Job Description:
- Division Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the division in alignment with group strategy.
- Define the roadmap for growth, delivery excellence, and profitability.
- Act as the primary bridge between India operations, the parent company in Germany, and customer stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management. Build and nurture strong client relationships across Germany.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning operations.
- Represent the division in key client meetings, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Oversee project governance, SLA adherence, and risk management.
- Establish efficient operating models, processes, and best practices across teams.
- Team Management & Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong cross-functional team.
- Ensure continuous upskilling and professional development of team members. Working with Embitel
