This highly strategic and visible team has created a one-of-a-kind onboard travel journey by providing highly engaging products and experiences to our passengers. The team is looking to add a driven and talented team member to help continue bringing this vision to life. This intellectually curious individual will quickly understand the long-term vision and will start adding value on day one by immediately recognizing needs and jumping in to solve.

To be successful, this role will require a multi-functional utility player who does not hesitate to own an ambiguous workstream and has never said, “that’s not my job.” The team has two primary responsibilities: + Onboarding andcreating/executing effective retailing strategies for some of Delta’s newestand most exciting partner brands, capturing significant value for Delta + Driving customer engagement into cutting-edge, customer-facing channels(Delta Sync Wi-Fi and Delta Sync Seatback) that will support a variety ofcustomer needs, both Delta-related and beyond.

  • Thriving in ambiguity, havinga bias towards action, and balancing a big picture vision with tacticalexecution are all critical characteristics for new team members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate: Bring new partnerships to life by findingcreative and effective ways to integrate them into the Delta ecosystem,closely partnering with groups across the enterprise such as Loyalty,. Marketing, Legal/Supply Chain, and IT to ensure execution. + Strategize:Develop a strategic launch plan built around maximizing customer engagementin Delta Sync.

This will include both the building of enticing acquisitionoffers and designing an effective lifecycle engagement strategy inpartnership with other teams. + Optimize: Establish a test & learn cadenceto quickly identify and react to performance drivers and laggers in closecoordination with the data analytics and performance monitoring team.

  • Influence: Create strong and trusted relationships with both senior leadersand project teams to effectively communicate and inspire others to adoptcertain visions, strategies, and plans. + Impact: Drive real, quantifiable NPSand bottom-line contributions. This person can be described as: + Jack-Of-All-Trades: Employs a broad toolkit of skills & knowledge forgeneral problem solving (examples include data analysis & visualization,communication storyboarding, competitive research).

  • Effective Communicator:Regularly builds content for executive audiences including SVP & C-suiteleaders; Creates compelling & actionable messages tailored for specificrecipients. + Priority Balancer: Effectively manages multiple competingpriorities and performs well under time constraints. + Customer Obsessed:Unwaveringly operates with Delta’s customer’s experience as the north starguide.

  • Doer: Calculates risks, considers multiple paths, and quickly movestowards decisions without fear of failure or the need to over complicatethings. + Team Player: Shows genuine care and support for teammates – ishappily willing to pick up slack from others but will also unreluctantly askfor help when needed. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Background in partner/retail marketing, brand integration, product design,performance marketing, consulting, or startup + 3 – 5 years of relevantbusiness experience + Must be comfortable operating in ambiguous environmentswith limited direction + Strong written communication skills with ability toquickly produce executive-level content (e.

g., deck building, email) + Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skillsrequired, with an emphasis on seeking input and understanding concerns ofother stakeholders + Proven ability to organize, prioritize, handle timeconstraints, and manage shifting priorities, with an eye and attention todetail + Strong quantitative, analytical, statistical, and conceptual thinkingskills + Assertive and confident thinker with ability to push the envelope;action oriented and capable of helping to define strategic options,scenarios, and consequences + Positively resolves conflict and removesobstacles to change; creates an environment where established ways ofthinking can be provocatively challenged and evolved + Must have strongperformance record & exemplary performance in current position + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personaldata.
