Job description
Production Lead is a hands-on role specializing in precision media blasting to clean, prepare, and finish components to exact specifications. You’ll operate and adjust blasting equipment, select proper media, and ensure consistent, high-quality results. You’ll also support cleaning, masking, and coating processes as needed.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll follow SOPs, maintain strict safety standards, and use proper PPE when handling materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow technical skills in manufacturing.
