The Human Resource Administrator serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing Tier 1 support for a wide range of HR-related inquiries. This role delivers high-quality customer service by responding to basic HR questions, interpreting standard policies and procedures, and supporting core HR processes including hiring and onboarding.
The HR Administrator also assists with HR projects and ensures accurate and timely processing of employee information.
