The right candidate for this role has a growth mindset and experience in revealing insights by navigating loyalty, commercial, and financial data. As an individual contributor, they will independently lead high-impact analytical workstreams and partner cross-functionally to influence business outcomes across the organization.

They will lead and perform some of the following: + Perform ad-hoc analysis and identify key insights on loyalty datathat supports business decisioning across the organization + Partner with an international team (based at the Delta Technology. Hub in Bangalore, India) to build predictive member behavior models throughmachine learning and other advanced data models + Regularly communicate loyalty-related trends and opportunity areaswith team, partners, and senior leaders through both written and verbalcommunication + Lead and participate in cross-divisional initiatives that requireloyalty performance and insights support; provide a customer-centered viewto partners This is a highly visible individual contributor role on Delta’s Loyalty team, requiring strong collaboration, ownership, and influence without direct people management responsibility.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple organizations to support enterprise loyalty and profitability goals. This role is Atlanta-based. This role reports to the Manager of Performance and Insights.
