We’re scaling fast and would love for you to join us and grow alongside us 🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE As our Head of Legal (m/f/d), you will build and own our legal function from the ground up, reporting directly to the CFO. You own matters end-to-end, work closely with the executive team, and keep us legally sound while we move fast.
This is not a support role – it's a seat at the table during one of the most exciting chapters in Codesphere's growth. WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE
- You own corporate governance, group structure, and board and shareholder matters – including captable and employee incentive plan administration
- You maintain subsidiaries across jurisdictions and handle statutory deadlines
- You draft, review, and negotiate customer, partner, and supplier agreements – and protect our IP
- You co-own compliance and GDPR frameworks, working closely with our IT security experts
- You monitor regulatory developments and advise the executive team accordingly
- You lead legal due diligence and coordinate with outside counsel for funding rounds and M&A WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 8+ years of legal experience – ideally a mix of law firm and in-house scale-up background
- Solid background in commercial law – able to own contract negotiations and IP related topics without outside counsel
- Comfortable with corporate matters and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of GDPR and compliance frameworks
- Fluent in German and English
