Patient Services Representative- Northwest Clinic - Family Medicine, Neurology, Nephrology

This position is responsible for registering patients, setting up/updating insurance, verifying demographics, scheduling, collection and posting direct payments, and providing an informational center for patient questions and directional needs. This position provides excellent customer service and working cooperatively with all departments in an effort to achieve OMC’s goals and objectives.
