Education and Preparedness Nurse

The Education and Preparedness Nurse supports both the Quality and Education departments through administrative coordination, program support, staff education, and emergency preparedness. This role is responsible for assisting with data tracking, documentation, and reporting related to quality initiatives, while also supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs.

The assistant helps coordinate training schedules, maintain accurate education records, track staff compliance, and assist with teaching classes, orientations, and training sessions as needed. Must have a CNA, CMA, LPN, or RN license/certification.
