Job description
The Production Crew Lead guides a crew of production team members through the daily work of a shift, serving as the first line of leadership on the floor. A successful Crew Lead sets the pace and example for safety, productivity, and quality; reinforces Mountville's core values — Do the Right Thing, Do What Is Best for the Customer, and Drive Improvements and Innovation — in day-to-day work; and partners closely with the Production Supervisor to hit shift metric goals.
This role is comfortable with basic Microsoft applications and supports LEAN-based continuous improvement on the line.
