Front Office Associate - Primary Care WH- Multiple Locations

PACT MSO has a busy Internal Medicine Group in West Haven seeking a Front Office Associate for their West Haven and Amity locations. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating Saturday mornings. The position will travel to office locations in West Haven, New Haven, Orange, Milford, Guilford, Wallingford and other locations as needed.

The position works in the front and/or back office of the medical practice. The job responsibilities are administrative and may include some or all listed below. The incumbent may be in one location where they are responsible for all aspects of the patient experience, or just one aspect.
