Currently, we are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Lecturer to join our Faculty of Economics, Management, Finance and Social Sciences. Job Description Demonstrate unwavering commitment to teaching and consistently strive for excellence in instructional methods. Minimize lecture cancellations and rescheduling, ensuring regular and dependable course delivery.

Develop and submit comprehensive module plans within the first month of the academic year adhering to the latest guidelines and revising them annually. Prepare thorough course materials that align with the module plan, ensuring curriculum coverage and adherence to syllabus guidelines. Adhere to all institutional policies and guidelines set by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of RIC.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Statistics, Accounting, management, Social)with minimum of 5 years of industry/teaching experience or; A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline ( (Statistics, Accounting, management, Social) with minimum 1 year of industry/teaching experience. Prior lecturing or teaching experience in higher education is highly preferred.

Excellent command of English - both written and spoken.
