The Staff Accountant
- Development is responsible for supporting the accounting and reporting functions for Welltower’s development and construction projects. Key duties include recording and reconciling construction costs, capital expenditures, and project-related accruals, as well as assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting. This role partners closely with development, asset management, and corporate accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with internal controls. The position also contributes to process improvements and supports analysis of project costs against budgets.
