The CEE IBP Lead is accountable and responsible for the architecture of the demand and business planning processes in the Zone, and for the successful establishment of an aligned, stable and sustainable Integrated Business Planning (IBP), which is the vehicle for the CHC transformation journey. The IBP aligns the business to the strategic growth plans, and ensures the delivery of both strategy and growth, and provides the foundation and venue for effective decision-making based on one set of aligned numbers to deliver the growth ambition.

The CHC EU Zone IBP Lead will drive the implementation of the forecasting and business planning processes across all functions and work closely with Finance to ensure consistency and alignment of the valorized numbers, with the end goal of delivering topline and bottomline targets. The CHC CEE Zone IBP Lead will drive the implementation of IBP in all markets in the Zone, ensure process alignment, adherence and maturity in all markets, and propel continuous performance improvement on key metrics (service, forecast accuracy, inventory, destruction) jointly with all markets.

The successful candidate will facilitate medium- and long-term business and operations planning on a 24-36 months horizon, working in close coordination with local and regional teams in Industrial Affairs, Finance, Commercial, Regulatory and Quality, as well as with Global COEs. The CHC CEE Zone IBP Lead will be responsible for leading the monthly Zone IBP meeting based on local and zone IBP outcomes to drive decisions required at zone level to achieve our business and strategic targets.

He/She will also work closely with the CHC EULA IBP Head in preparing for the regional IBP meeting.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the cascade and implementation of IBP in all markets, leveraging the current S&OP processes and doing the following to be able to successfully complete the IBP journey: Articulate and champion the IBP vision, model and benefits Ensure adherence to the IBP process covering portfolio management, demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation and the management business review, with very clear accountabilities of all functions/individuals involved in the completion of the monthly cycle Establish and/or strengthen end to end linkages of all functions involved in the fulfillment of demand, from demand generation to production to delivery to our consumers Drive the monthly IBP process Coordinate a zone consolidation of the plans and numbers over a 24-36 month horizon Set-up operational action plan to improve performance of launch management, forecast (based on sell-out), inventory management) In particular, continuously improve the forecasting processes and systems, ensuring that forecast accuracy is consistently improving Identify risks and opportunities from Commercial, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, among others, measure impact on business, propose mitigation action plans & solutions Lead the Zone IBP meeting, preparing all data and metrics for review, identifying gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guiding final decision making on open items and trade-offs, which will be presented to the EULA leadership team Create the IBP minutes and slide-deck, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions.

Work closely with the zone Finance team to ensure accurate valorization and alignment between forecast and budget Work closely with regional and global Industrial Affairs, External Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory to ensure supply issues have the appropriate mitigation plan. Lead the budget/target setting process in the zone, working closely with the market and zone Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to accurately determine the appropriate volume and value commitments for the current and following years Drive continuous improvement on key metrics, including service, forecast accuracy, inventory and destruction; in the short term, lead the weekly service and escalation calls with global and cross functional participants, in the long term, coordinate closely with global and cross functional teams on capacity planning and BCP planning Facilitate the sharing and application of best practices Animate and promote best practice sharing across the zone, drawing from market/zone counterparts and global COEs Drive the portfolio rationalization programs and make the bridge between Corporate Guidelines and local (SC, Quality, Medical, Marketing…) strategy.

Drive inventory optimization on a monthly basis with efficient results Contribute to any M&A activity and key strategic initiatives in case of merger / acquisition Draw physical and financial flows with the regional platform and International Flows team Requirements: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a related field 5-10 years of experience as a leader in Pharma or FMCG Deep knowledge and understanding of S&OP/IBP processes and best in class practices Strong data analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insight from the numbers Results-driven team player, able to balance global and regional objectives and requirements with local/market demands Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain a vast range of working relationships across multiple levels, functions and nationalities, be flexible in approach, adept at networking & influencing at all levels Driven by execution excellence with customer-focused mindset Skilled at facilitating change management and disruptive innovations Excellent command of English This is more than the next step in your career, it’s a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
