Perform skilled maintenance service and repairs including carpentry, flooring, repairing, modifying, and rebuilding throughout the facility property. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all facility equipment. Monitor, maintain and perform preventive maintenance to all facility systems (HVAC, UPS/generator, fire suppression system, water softeners, hotel laundry equipment and electrical systems).

Perform function setups and takedowns. As a Certified Pool Operator, maintain and monitor all functions of pool. Maintain and safely operate all equipment used in Grounds.
