Mental Health Counselor Clinician I Full Time

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our PACT -Program for Assertive Community Treatment-team to provide intensive, community based behavioral health services to adults with complex mental health needs. This role works as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused, outreach-driven care that supports clients in achieving stability and independence in the community.
