Reporting to the Head of Delivery Baltics, DACH and Greece, the Customer Delivery Specialist will deliver service and support to customers in Lithuania.

The Delivery Specialist will be involved with customers via different channels to ensure the timely process and delivery of orders. S/he will be responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to the accurate processing of orders and on time installation. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and multi-task effectively, be organized, detail oriented, flexible, reliable, and work well under pressure.

Your responsibilities

Create and process all orders for existing customers Managing the sales operations, fulfillment, and dispatch mailboxes Handle incoming phone calls Manage all order and customer related data in database Validate installation related data and secure registration in the system Maintain working knowledge of solutions and subscriptions offered Maintain great relationships with Sales, Tech Support and Hardware team Answer ad hoc questions on a general basis Dispatch incoming installations Engage with local installers Engage with Telecommunication providers and manage sim card platforms Coordinate installations with end customers and/or project managers We’re looking for: Fluency in English Any other European language skills are an advantage Strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure proper upkeep of all data received Self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written (Lithuanian, English) communication skills are a "must" Analytical skills to assess information, identify implications and develop logical recommendations Insight and prioritizing skills to address multiple and conflicting tasks Multi-tasking strengths to respond to a variety of requests for information and assistance Strong team player skills and customer-focused approach Fast learner with IT and technical interest.
