- Established Childcare Setting £27,040-£30,867 (dependent on experience, pro rata for part-time) Location: Catford, London (SE6), close to St Dunstan's College and the Pavilion playing fields. Our client is a well-established nursery based in Catford, known for giving its practitioners real autonomy and trusting them to lead with heart. They're looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team and help shape joyful, EYFS-guided days for the children in their care. Key responsibilities
Activity leadership: Lead joyful, activity-filled sessions guided by the EYFS framework. Parent communication: Keep parents warmly informed through observations and next steps. Wellbeing and mealtimes: Keep safety and wellbeing at the centre of every day and make mealtimes a happy part of the routine.
About you
Qualified: Hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) early years qualification. Academically strong: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Level 5 or above. Experienced: Prior experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, with strong communication skills and a team-first spirit.
