The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, preferably with exposure to Canada Payroll or broader HCM modules, and experience in Application Management Support (AMS) environments.

Responsibilities
Work on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management. Support functional design and business requirements. Perform SIT and UAT testing. Coordinate with business users and technical teams. Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects. Support payroll cutover and go-live activities.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP HCM. Experience in US Payroll. Knowledge of Positive and Negative Time Management. Experience in Personnel Administration (PA). Experience in Organizational Management (OM). Good understanding of Personnel Time Management (PT). Experience with payroll cutover activities. Knowledge of CATS is an added advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience 1–2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
