Position Summary
The Business Analyst 2
- Contractor provides business analysis and support services for assigned projects, initiatives, and production systems. The BA 2 – Contractor analyzes and documents business processes within the scope of approved work by: analyzing and optimizing processes, gathering functional requirements, and building business cases by designing, defining, and documenting processes. Provides analysis and recommendations for business ideas and concepts through operational process changes and/or technological paths. Supports business teams in their daily use of production systems. *Contract ends: 12/31/2026
