The Regional Vice President (RVP) is a senior leader responsible for driving regional growth, profitability, operational excellence, and talent development. Partnering closely with the Regional President, this role oversees a multi-million-dollar P&L, leads sales and operational initiatives, develops high-performing leadership teams, and executes strategies that accelerate revenue, improve EBITDA, and support long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading multi-site operations, managing financial performance, driving organizational change, and influencing stakeholders within a complex, matrixed environment while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
