Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician (أخصائية عناية بالأظافر) to join our growing Repair / Maintenance Services team. In this role, you will deliver premium nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and hygiene standards.

• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic nail applications, nail repairs, and nail art.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend personalized nail treatments and designs.
• Manage and organize client appointments, ensuring timely service delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation and salon environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

Requirements: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in nail care services within a professional salon or repair/maintenance environment.

• Certification in nail technology or equivalent formal training from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in gel, acrylic, dip powder, and natural nail care techniques.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability in nail design and styling.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with client management software or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required.
