Job description
The NPI Engineer role at UCT drives new product introduction and process innovation by leading key developments, qualifications, and semiconductor process improvements. This position works closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations to convert small‑scale processes into commercially viable solutions, design and commission new equipment, and resolve customer concerns.
Responsibilities include
defining process requirements, supporting new line startups, developing technical roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With expertise in wet chemistry, coatings, semiconductor consumables, and advanced process control, the NPI Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing yield, efficiency, and customer success across UCT’s global sites.
