Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.
