Job Description – Oracle Cloud Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect Role: Oracle Cloud Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect Experience: 15+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Dubai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives for global customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, enterprise architecture, solution design, and digital transformation programs. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to architect scalable, secure, and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs. Define enterprise solution architecture aligned with business objectives. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle Cloud solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs.

Drive architecture governance, technology standards, and best practices. Lead solution blueprinting, estimation, and technical strategy for implementation programs. Provide architectural guidance to functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Define integration architecture involving Oracle Cloud applications, third-party systems, and middleware.

Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations. Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, customer presentations, and effort estimation. Mentor consultants, architects, and project teams on Oracle Cloud best practices. Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards.

Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and program stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills

15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/EPM consulting and enterprise solution delivery. Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud implementations across one or more business domains. Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. Experience designing complex enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices. Experience leading global implementation programs and distributed delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience. Expertise in architecture governance, solution design, and technology roadmap planning.

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an added advantage. Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, and proposal management. Knowledge of TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred. Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
