Digital Marketing Assotiate

Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to drive our digital growth and enhance brand presence across online channels. This role is critical in executing data-driven marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creatively inclined, and technically adept, with a strong foundation in SEO, paid advertising, social media, and website optimisation.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that align with business goals and user expectations.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimise SEO, social media, and performance marketing campaigns. Manage and analyse Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices. Coordinate website updates, landing page development, and digital campaign requirements.

Partner with design and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality digital deliverables. Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms. Support content marketing initiatives and foster active engagement on social media channels. Ensure all digital assets meet modern UI/UX standards and are fully responsive across devices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Foundational knowledge of website development, WordPress, HTML, and UI/UX principles.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination abilities. Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
