We're Hiring | SAP Time Management (Positive) Consultant Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8–10 Years CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid Requirements Required Skills ✔ 8–10 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. ✔ Strong expertise in Positive Time Management.

✔ Hands-on experience in writing and reading PCRs (Personal Calculation Rules) and Schemas. ✔ Experience configuring SAP Time Management using PCRs. ✔ Strong knowledge of Absence Quotas, Absences, and CATS. ✔ Experience working in an AMS support environment. ✔ Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or HP ALM.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Good to Have ➕ Experience in Canada Payroll or other SAP HCM modules. ➕ Knowledge of Negative Time Management. ➕ Experience supporting global SAP HCM implementations.
