Job description

We are hiring a Project Manager / Project Coordinator to help support commercial facility, relocation, logistics, and light construction projects across a variety of job sites and customer environments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management. You do not need executive-level experience.

We are open to candidates with experience in construction coordination, facilities, operations, logistics, office moves, field supervision, or assistant project management backgrounds. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help coordinate commercial projects from start to finish
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, field crews, and subcontractors
  • Assist with scheduling manpower, deliveries, and project timelines
  • Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule
  • Support workplace moves, furniture installation, logistics, facility upgrades, and related services
  • Conduct occasional site walks and help identify project needs
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, photos, and updates
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and on time
  • Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination Requirements
  • 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, facilities, operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working with customers and field teams
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license Nice to Have
  • Experience with commercial construction, furniture installation, relocations, warehousing, or facilities work
  • Experience reading schedules, work orders, or project scopes
  • OSHA certification or general job site experience Benefits
