Job description

What You Can Expect : Job Responsibilities:

  1. INBOUND/ RECEIVING Supervise the receipt of all shipments and process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts. Load and unload delivery trucks manually or with a pallet jack. Assume responsibility for all items received by the warehouse and ensure proper distribution to customers or departments daily. Evaluate complaints regarding equipment shipments and deliveries and take appropriate action.
  2. OUTBOUND Supervise daily outbound warehouse activities. Monitor order picking, packing, staging, and loading. Ensure shipments meet delivery schedules. Coordinate dispatch priorities with logistics and transport teams
  3. INVENTORY Supervise the warehousing and storage of all customer inventory, equipment, records, and consumable materials. Supervise the maintenance of computerized inventory records. Initiate purchase requests to ensure stock items are always available. Maintain records of all warehouse items and provide copies to customers as needed. Develop and recommend procedures for the orderly replacement of movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorated.
  4. BILLING In charge of billing process. In charge of billing storage charges
  5. TRUCKING In charge of booking trucks for delivery.
  6. PERSONNEL Supervise, evaluate, coach and train employees assigned to the warehouse
  7. SAFETY Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to the warehouse. Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within the warehouse, as prescribed by law and company policies. Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures. Follow established safety procedures and techniques in performing job duties, including lifting and climbing. Participate in budget development and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations. Serve as the Safety Lead & responsible for security and health compliance.
  8. ENVIRONMENTAL Must have an experienced as PCO B Liaise with DENR-EMB office for issues and updates regarding environmental compliance obligations. Process required permits from DENR-EMB for the following as necessary: (PCO accreditation, Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC)/Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), Permit to Operate (PTO), Discharge Permit (DP), Hazardous Waste Generator’s ID, Permit to Transport (PTT)- Filling shall be initiated by the Generator before the Hauling. On-time submission of reportorial requirements such as SMR (Self-Monitoring Report) and CMR (Compliance Monitoring Report) Attend Continuing environmental education program as required for the renewal of PCO and to enhance knowledge in pollution prevention and environmental protection. Implement environmental program in the site. Identification of Aspect/Impact from the warehouse operations.
  9. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION Respond to customer inquiries and concerns Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and shipment status Maintain professional and timely communication
  10. PROVIDE PROACTIVE SOLUTION Handle complaints, returns, damages, shortages, or delays Investigating operational issues affecting customers Provide corrective and preventive actions
  11. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Recommend process improvements based on customer feedback Help improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  12. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Perform other duties, including working in other areas of the warehouse department to provide support in the absence of staff or team leaders.
  13. TARGETS/ KPI KPI: Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5% KPI: 100% inbound and outbound order fulfillment accuracy KPI: Zero Product damage and claims KPI: Zero Customer complaint Financial: Reduce Operational Expenses (OPEX) and Personnel Expenses by 40% Compliance: 100% compliance for each site Compliance: Zero audit non-conformities Compliance: Zero HSSE high and medium risk audit findings Compliance: 100% compliance with regulatory requirements What You Bring: Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in a 3PL/ logistics environment With regulatory compliance exposure such as DENR and environmental compliance responsibilities Willingness to be accredited as Pollution Control Officer Must have an experience in working in Chemical Storage/Warehousing. Experience in quality checking and systems management. Experience in complaints and claims management. Proficient in computerized inventory and tracking systems. Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills. Experience in warehousing, inventory handling, and barcode equipment operations. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Must adhere to the IMS policy.
