The Senior Director of Human Resources serves as the Institute’s senior HR practitioner and operational leader of the Human Resources function. Reporting to the CFO/COO, this role is responsible for implementing a comprehensive people strategy that advances Moody’s mission, supports institutional priorities, and fosters an organizational culture rooted in Moody’s values.
This position requires a seasoned HR professional who combines operational excellence with a collaborative mindset, and who can elevate the HR function as a proactive, mission-aligned driver of organizational effectiveness. The Senior Director brings a practitioner’s depth to employee relations, compliance, and program execution while developing the HR team’s capability to serve Moody’s employees well.
