Summary: The Programme Assistant supports the effective design, implementation, and evaluation of organisational programmes and projects, playing a key role in advancing the mission through entrepreneurship, innovation, incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building initiatives. This position ensures strategic alignment by conducting needs assessments, market research, and impact-focused planning.
The Assistant is responsible for developing high-quality proposals, detailed work plans, budgets, and monitoring frameworks that drive measurable results and long-term sustainability. By coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders, the role ensures seamless delivery and continuous improvement across all programme activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing programmes in entrepreneurship, innovation, incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building that align with organisational goals. Conduct research and data collection to support needs assessments and inform programme priorities. Support the preparation of comprehensive proposals, implementation plans, work plans, budgets, and logical frameworks.
Contribute to the development of clear, measurable outcomes and sustainability strategies for all programmes. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective programme delivery. Assist in monitoring programme progress, compiling performance data, and contributing to evaluation reports and impact assessments.
