Security Architect – Enterprise Security & Cybersecurity Required Skills Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience as a Security Architect.
  • Experience in information security and cybersecurity, including strategy design, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Experience providing strategic guidance within a large consulting organization is an asset.
  • Deep technical and operational expertise across multiple security disciplines. Architecture & Leadership
  • Act as a trusted security advisor, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Build consensus, mediate conflicts, and drive optimal security solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture processes, standards, and principles to deliver secure, high-performing, scalable, and reusable solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions across technical infrastructure, application, business, and information environments.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture

  • Support the implementation and delivery of the enterprise architecture vision through the definition of architecture roadmaps, transition architectures, and solution architecture documents.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of security architecture strategies aligned with organizational security objectives and business goals.
  • Design and implement security architecture solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Ensure security architectures align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Security Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously assess and improve security processes, procedures, and infrastructure to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the solution architecture lifecycle and methodology aligned with enterprise architecture and IT capabilities.
  • Define architecture artefacts, deliverables, models, standards, and processes.
