Responsibilities
Responsible for portfolio of products across 1 manufacturer. Help lead a team. Manage account finances both internally and externally in a detailed manner, forecasting work accurately. Think big picture about the pipeline. Ability to identify colleagues/experts to bring in depending on client challenges/asks- translate that information in a way that makes sense for the client.
Lead a team and provide long-term strategic direction and short- and long-term execution direction for brands and for the portfolio as needed. Synthesize information into meaningful strategies. Identify strengths and weaknesses of the account and make recommendations for change. Responsible for direct reports’ career growth.
Work with Director of Client Services and Creative Directors to ensure that account is staffed appropriately to meet client needs. Identify and participate in agency new business initiatives as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 4 years in advertising, market access and/or equivalent relevant experience Strong management experience Verbal and written communication and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to work within a team are required
$78,000 - $149,500 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
