Substitute Food Transporter

Transport Outagamie County Nutrition Program Home Delivered meals to eligible homebound participants.  Participant eligibility will be assessed and determined by Nutrition Program staff. *Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate. The Nutrition Program is looking for substitute Food Transporters to fill in at our Kaukauna, Seymour, and/or Hortonville locations.

The position is part-time and covers for vacant staff.
