Salary Range: $80,00-$95,000 (pay will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position) Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm - NO WEEKENDS The shift supervisor has the broad responsibility of translating the objectives, policies and procedures of the Jewish Home and nursing department into effective action as well as maintaining the standards of nursing care and practice of the nursing department on the assigned shift. Responsibility is centralized in three major areas: individual patient care management, management of the provision of nursing services and personnel management. Responsible for staff supervised on shift and overall situations for residents and families.
