Job description
Job Title: Kitchen Staff III Reports to: Head Chef Level: Hourly Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for assisting the Chefs with production and for maintaining the dining room service stations, keeping them stocked with food items and held to cleanliness and food safety standards.
