Job description
The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial and other litigation matters. Primary responsibilities will consist of filing, discovery, document management, scheduling and handling time-sensitive case management duties. This role may also be responsible for assisting with construction, product liability, administrative law, and other litigation sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in complex commercial or construction litigation, with experience e-filing in the Carolinas. This is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
