You'll mentor high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive business growth through new business wins, utilizing your expertise in pharma compliance, therapeutic areas, and client management to deliver innovative solutions.

Lead strategic planning across existing and new business opportunities. * Develop and guide brand strategy deliverables. * Demonstrate expertise in disease state, customer, and scientific strategy. * Set strategic vision for brands, overseeing positioning, messaging, and tactical planning. * Build strong relationships with senior-level clients.

Provide market research expertise and consulting. * Facilitate client workshops and brainstorming sessions. * Manage staff utilization, talent allocation, and billability. * Supervise and mentor multiple levels of talent. * Oversee hiring, staffing, and career development initiatives.
About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. * 10+ years of brand strategy or market research experience in an agency setting. * 8+ years of pharmaceutical/health experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, research tools (SERMO, Datamonitor) and AI platforms. * Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong knowledge of pharma marketing trends, social media and market access strategy. * Executive presence with excellent presentation skills. * Ability to challenge assumptions, drive disruption and influence stakeholders. * Advanced degree (PharmD, Master's) or manufacturing experience a plus.
$200,000 - $290,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
