AI & Automation Implementation

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity across departments using AI tools and automation platforms
• Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks and streamline processes
• Research and deploy emerging AI solutions relevant to financial services and capital raising businesses
• Build internal automation systems for data processing, document creation, and reporting ⸻ Sales & Capital Raising Automation
• Develop AI-assisted systems to support the capital raising team
• Automate lead generation, contact enrichment, and outreach workflows
• Improve CRM workflows and automation (Hub. Spot or equivalent)
• Build tools that help the team identify and prioritise potential investors and allocators
• Support automation of meeting preparation, investor research, and follow-up processes ⸻ Marketing & Outreach
• Implement AI tools to support marketing campaigns and investor communications
• Automate content creation workflows (newsletters, updates, reports, presentations)
• Assist with automation of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and marketing analytics
• Develop systems that help scale personalised communication with clients and prospects ⸻ Administrative & Operational Efficiency
• Automate internal processes such as document preparation, reporting, data organisation, and research
• Implement AI tools that improve internal productivity across the organisation
• Improve workflows between departments to reduce duplication of work

• Design and refine prompts to optimise AI outputs for business use
• Build internal prompt libraries for different business functions
• Train team members on effective AI usage within their roles
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI tools and productivity software Requirements Education / Certification
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, OR
• Recognised certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Prompt Engineering Examples may include:
• AI / Machine Learning certifications
• Prompt engineering courses
• Automation platform certifications (Zapier, Make, etc.) ⸻ Technical Skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as:
• ChatGPT / Claude / LLM platforms / Open. Claw
• AI productivity tools
• Workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Experience with CRM systems (Hub. Spot preferred)
