Responsibilities
Support data collection, entry, and cleaning across program databases and digital platforms Assist in maintaining and updating information management systems, trackers, and data repositories Support the preparation of basic maps, charts, and dashboards for program reporting and situational analysis Conduct quality checks on field-collected data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission Assist in organizing, archiving, and version-controlling program data files and documentation Support the compilation of data for regular situation reports, donor updates, and internal program reviews Assist in training field staff on the use of basic data collection tools, formats, and data entry protocols
