Semper Solaris is seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Installation Supervisor to oversee residential roofing operations throughout California. Reporting to the Roofing Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supervising installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with advanced knowledge of California roofing systems and building codes who can effectively support roofing, solar, and window operations. This position requires travel throughout California, as business needs require to the San Francisco Bay Area.
