As part of our VLSI Product and Test group, you’ll support the development of VLSI products. In the position you will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. You will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices.
