Job description
As a Building Services Department Manager, you will lead facility operations, infrastructure, and building services at our Lawrence Production Center. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe, reliable, and compliant facility environment while overseeing capital improvement projects, contracted services, and emergency response planning.
You’ll manage facility resources and budgets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner across the organization to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and long-term business success. You’ll also develop talent and align resources to meet the evolving needs of the site.
