Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for the staffing vertical, including client coordination and talent pipeline management. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring across diverse functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Screening & Selection Conduct initial screening interviews. Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with stakeholders.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Create job descriptions and implement hiring strategies within timelines.
- Candidate Experience & Onboarding Ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to offer. Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Employer Branding & Market Insights Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
