Job description
Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of BIM models and project deliverables. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry guidelines. Conduct model audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Level of Development (LOD) requirements. Identify and resolve model clashes, inconsistencies, and technical issues.
Develop and maintain QA/QC checklists, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM modelers, and project managers to improve model quality. Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality standards. Provide guidance and training to team members on BIM standards and best practices.
Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
