Job description
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing the production floor with a hands on leadership role in our product making activities. This position ensures that assigned areas meet all company cost, quality, and quantity requirements. The floor supervisor handles production orders and is responsible for meeting all company budget goals.
This position also handles all personnel issues and the administrative duties that accompany.
